Proud Members, Proud Partners, and Advertisers are not eligible for refunds:
- Exception: A business applying for membership to Contractorsyoucantrust.com that does not have the required license(s), certification(s), insurance policies, or qualified references will receive a full refund of any membership fees paid in advance of approval
- The required application fee for all members is not refundable
- CYCT does reserve the right to remove any contractor that falls out of qualification without a refund
